Background

Several VIGS-based forward genetic screenings were conducted in the past. Here we provide information compiled from these screens under three headings (see below). In these screens, VIGS was used to silence a large number of genes (cDNA library information is provided under the database tab) in Nicotiana benthamiana and the silenced plants were analyzed for various parameters. This information will be highly useful for wide range of researchers.
